Yes, there is no minimum contractual period. No refund upon purchase.

How do I know my service is activated?

Upon validation, our customer agent will send an email/whatsapp to you on the successful registration/activation.

What should I do to make a service repair?

You can contact our hotline, 6586-7780 or drop-off the smartphone at our appointed service repair collection centres.

How will I know the service repair is ready?

Once your smartphone is repaired, our care agent will contact you for collection.

What is the warranty period after repair?

Warranty repair is covered between 1 – 3 months.

Can I transfer IN.SHIELD CARE ownership?

Yes, it is transferable. T&Cs apply.

Can I enroll for more than 1 smartphone device?

Yes, each device will need a separate IN.SHIELD CARE(one enrollment/activation per IMEI).

What should I do if I make an in-warranty exchange?

Contact your smartphone manufacturer for support and if a replacement is issued, call our hotline to update the replacement smartphone details.

Operation hours : Monday – Saturday, 11am – 7pm.
